Yoga is for EVERYONE with EVERY ABILITY: men and women, young and old, expectant and new mums. The sceptics out there, and the believers! Perhaps you've dabbled in yoga before, but never really found your groove? Perhaps this is your first time stepping onto a mat! It doesn't matter to us. This course is an exciting new beginning. Whichever style of yoga, course or class you to afterwards, we believe that the only way to start yoga is with the highest standard of teacher in the best environment! Building a solid foundation is the most important part of your yoga practice. During this course you will be alongside other beginners, discovering yoga in a safe, fun space. The practice builds week-by-week, providing a solid foundation and inspiring you for all the other yoga classes on our schedule. You'll build your yoga confidence from the very first class! For the first week of the course, please add an extra 15 minutes to allow for introductions and conversations with Raquel.6 weeks - ONLY £70
