Come and expand your Hatha Yoga practice with this 5-week course
Each week the class will include Asana practice and then moving to focus on a
specific subject that we often don’t get enough time to explore in weekly classes.
Week 1: Bandhas – exploring the 3 major locks and their applications
Week 2: Sound expression/chanting – with the harmonium to set the mood
Week 3: Pranayama - trying Nadi Shodana (alternate nostril breathing) & hand Mudras
Week 4: how Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) can be used for transformation and deep healing
Week 5: Meditation
At the end of the course, you will have covered 5 core areas on top of the
physical movements of yoga leaving you well versed in the benefits of yoga for
body, mind and soul.
