Hips hold emotional and physical memories from incorrect sitting, over-stretching and not balancing the range of movement.In order to find balance in our hips, there has to be less focus on opening hips and more focus on finding a healthy range of motion, rotation, a balanced pelvis and legs and precision with feet positions.This workshop will include standing, seated and restorative yoga and will have a deep relaxation.These workshops are suitable for those with an established yoga practice.Please note, this workshop needs a minimum of 6 people to go ahead
