Retreats are an opportunity not only to rejuvenate but to have an opportunity to take your practice deeper by having regular, consistent practice over a number of days.  It is a way to reap and experience the effect of intensity and its effect on the mind, body and emotions.

An example of what to expect on typical Retreat/Yoga Holiday

  • Morning meditation
  • 2 hours - Dynamic asana (exercises) practice - including relaxation, breathing and vizualization 
  • Breakfast
  • free for the day
  • Afternoon session : a restorative yoga class, including Yoga Nidra (deep relaxation) and pranayama (breathing)
  • Dinner
