5th September– 10th October 2018 A lifetime of Yoga starts with one class

Yoga is for everyone: men, women, teenagers, young through to seniors,mothers-to-be and new mums. Taking your first step onto the Yoga mat is anexciting new beginning.

The best way to start Yoga is with the highest standard of teacher in the bestenvironment. During this course you will be alongside other beginners in a funand safe environment discovering what Yoga is and what it all means. Thepractice builds week by week, providing a solid foundation and inspiring you forall the other classes on our schedule.

What do you need to bring?

We provide all mats and equipment and advise you to bring a bottle of water andwear comfortable, loose clothing. Classes are done in bare feet as you are morestable and better balanced with floor contact - essential for standing poses.

*Please note: the first session will run until 9pm to allow for introductions andconversations with the teacher, Raquel.
