Service Description

Join me this Monday and start the day well - do your practice and then you are free to play and enjoy life fully as you know your practice has been done. We will start the day with movement, meditation and breathing You can pay directly to my bank (£12 and I will send you a link, let me know if you do this option) or alternatively use your pricing plans (please note that we need a minimum of 5 people to run this class no cancellations accepted once booked)

Cancellation Policy

Please see Terms & Conditions (Pricing Plans Page) for full cancellation details. Online Class cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 1 hour prior to start of the class. Private Sessions must be made at least 24 Hours prior to start of the session. Workshops/Masterclass cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the event.
