Using the work of Don Miguel Ruiz seeing how to bring awareness to Living a Life Full of Purpose - As we bring our awareness to our yoga practice we realise that the practice is how we live Life! In this workshop we will explore Asana, Pranayama, Yoga Nidra and Meditation a bit of Journalling and Group Work

Private Sessions must be made at least 24 Hours prior to start of the session. Workshops/Masterclass cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the event.
