We will focus on : Gentle Movement, followed by breathing and Meditation and end with the sweetness of Savasana (Relaxation). The class main focus is to prepare the body for deep Calm so it is able to Embrace Meditation, one of the greatest gifts to humanity given to us by the ancient sages. Awakening inner prosperity of abundance and nurturance toward ourselves, and thus helping us experience life’s fullness and Grace.
