About The Event
The first class will be on Friday evening, followed by a delicious dinner. Raquel will then lead you through two classes on the Saturday in the light, warm and airy yurt yoga space. A long morning class to align to body and breath followed by breakfast.
During the day there will be plenty of time for walks, massage treatments or curling up with a good book. There will be a delicious healthy lunch and the group will meet again for a late afternoon practice to delve deeper into the postures.
