I have been on retreats with Raquel both in France & Kefalonia. They are always meticulously planned, in wonderful locations, with great yoga, good company and lots of fun.

This may be a long weekend enjoying the UK countryside or a week’s retreat relaxing on an idyllic Greek island or enjoying the mountains and culture of Morocco.
What to Expect
Days begins usually with meditation and hatha yoga with Raquel to awaken the body and senses, followed by hearty breakfasts and friendly conversation.
You have the days to spend as you wish, whether in quiet reflection and relaxation, getting to know your fellow yogis or exploring the local area.
Enjoy late afternoon classes of gentle and restorative mediation and yoga before dinning together laughing, chatting, and enjoying more great food.
Such a fabulous way to experience new environments, make new friends and deepen your learning and daily yoga practice. Raquel runs her own independent retreats as well as working with Yoga on a Shoestring, a long established and well-renowned company offering both budget and luxury yoga retreats and holidays.
