Service Description

A powerful practice promoting deep relaxation known as Yoga Nidra, which helps relieve stress and restores the immune and nervous system. We start with a short asana (posture) practice and then move on to the nidra. Props: Yoga mat, bolster or chair, blankets and scarf. Session Length: 1hr 8:15 - 9:15/30 pm
