Join us at the Workshop Monthly Hub at Wake Up & Shine Yoga for an enriching gathering dedicated to deepening your understanding of yoga. Each month, we explore diverse aspects of yoga philosophy, meditation, mental kriyas, mantras, and detailed asana practice, providing a space for personal growth and community connection. Conclude your experience with a nourishing bowl of vegan soup and sourdough, fostering a spirit of togetherness while enhancing your wellness journey.

Cancellation Policy
Please see Terms & Conditions (Pricing Plans Page) for full cancellation details. Online Class cancellations and reschedules must be made at least 2 hours prior to start of the class. Private Sessions must be made at least 24 Hours prior to start of the session. Workshops/Masterclass cancellations must be made 14 days prior to the event.
